Where should we stay?
We kindly ask that all our guests stay at our host resort Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. We want our wedding celebration to be a vacation experience for everyone and we'd love to spend some time with you outside the Wedding Day, be that at the pool, or by sharing a few meals and drinks together. We have set aside a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at this resort and we ask that you make your reservation through our travel coordinator MarieSam only. Reservations not made through our room block will require an additional per person fee for any and all wedding events. 

When should we arrive?
You've traveled all this way, so you might as well make a vacation out of it and join us as early as possible. Our room block is available as early as April 7 to 14, 2027. And the Wedding Day is on Saturday, April 10th. We recommend that you arrive at least 1 or 2 days before the Wedding Day but please come and stay as long as you'd like. 

What should I wear to the Welcome Party and the Wedding?
Wedding Day Attire:
The dress code for our wedding is beach formal. Women should wear tea, midi or maxi length dresses. We are planning on having both the ceremony and reception outside. Heels, sandals or barefoot are all appropriate for women. Wear what you’re comfortable with in the sand. Men should wear a suit, tie is optional. Google/Pinterest has really great ideas!

Are children invited to the Wedding?
The resort is family friendly, you are more than welcome to bring your children with you, however aside from our immediate family the ceremony and reception will be child free. Should you decide to bring your children, there is a kids club on site.

What do we do about transportation in Punta Cana?
Transportation to and from Punta Cana Airport to our resort is included with our group block rates. If you would like to plan any private transfers or excursions, please ask our travel coordinator MarieSam for information and assistance on that request. 

Do you we have to stay at Hard Rock Hotel? Can we stay somewhere else and still attend your wedding?
We ask that all guests stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not staying at Hard Rock, you will be required to pay a day pass to attend our wedding ceremony and reception for the day. 

What is the weather like? What should we pack?
Punta Cana is typically hot and humid throughout the year -- temperatures are usually in the high 80s to 90s. We recommend bringing light summer clothing and swimsuits. Other helpful essentials include sunblock, water shoes, swim coverups, flip-flops, sunglasses, etc. Think beach vacation with beach elegant attire for the Wedding Day and beach chic attire for dinners on the other nights during your stay.
