Because this resort often sells out months in advance, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:





















If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While a select number of rooms have been set aside for the group block, any new reservation requests are based on availability. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

THERE ARE 5 IMPORTANT PAYMENT DEADLINES
(JUNE 30, 2025, SEPTEMBER 30, 2025, FEBRUARY 28, 2026, JULY 31, 2026 AND JANUARY 5, 2027)

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR INITIAL RESERVATION IS JUNE 30, 2025. PLEASE NOTE THE INITIAL DEPOSIT TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM IS 10% OF YOUR TOTAL RESERVATION COSTS AND IT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION BEING MADE OTHERWISE THE RESERVATION WILL AUTO-CANCEL.

- A SECOND DEPOSIT OF 20% OF YOUR REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2025. 

- A THIRD DEPOSIT OF 20% OF YOUR REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE ON FEBRUARY 28, 2026. 

- A FOURTH DEPOSIT OF 20% OF YOUR REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE ON JULY 31, 2026. 

- THE FINAL PAYMENT ON ANY REMAINING BALANCE ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS DUE ON JANUARY 5, 2027.

IMPORTANT: YOUR DEPOSIT COUNTS AS YOUR RSVP.
YOU MAY ESCALATE PAYMENTS OR MAKE PAYMENTS MORE FREQUENTLY IF YOU DESIRE.
IMPORTANT: A PENALTY OF $50 PER PERSON IS ENFORCED ON LATE PAYMENTS.
